Payments

Customers have the following options:

  • Auto Pay: Sign up for automatic deduction from your designated bank account. Complete and return the Automatic Bill Pay Authorization Form.
     
  • Mail: Send checks or money orders to: Port of Columbia County, PO Box 190, Columbia City, OR 97018.
     
  • In Person: Bring your payment to the Port office during office hours. We are located at 100 E Street in Columbia City, OR 97018.
    The Port accepts cash, checks, and money orders. We also accept credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard only) for moorage and hangar rentals, annual permits (launch/day use), and parking citations.
     

Delinquent Accounts

If an account has not been paid by the 5th business day of the month in which the bills are due, the account shall be considered “delinquent” and a late charge of $25.00 will be assessed for marina and hangar tenants. The late fee for commercial tenants is determined by the lease agreement.
